This nourishing, grounding practice combines therapeutic aspects of yoga and reiki, a Japanese-based technique for stress reduction.
In her Reiki Yoga workshops, Alison guides students through a series of restorative yoga postures, complimented with reiki through gentle hands-on assists. This practice can aid in restoring balance physically, emotionally, and mentally, as well as reduce overall stress and tension. Practicing in a group provides a collective energy which can deepen one’s overall experience. All levels are welcome.
